"There's something wrong about not being Spring...
...but it looks like Spring now."
Corinne's global warming (or El nino) observation. It is a very bright, (and rare) sunny, 45 degree January day today and Corinne is confused. Without any winter snow, she is anxious to open up her new super-delux pack of bubbles and 6 (!) bubble making wands, something reserved for doing outdoors when Spring arrives.

Growing Brachiosaurus; Declared the BEST Christmas Present of '06
Both Nick and Corinne consider this present the best of Christmas of '06. They each got one of these coloring books in their stockings. The $4 coloring books contain 3 tiny dinosaurs that expand (or engorge, as Nick likes to say) in water over a 3 day period.
The disappointing discovery is the rate at which they shrink after taken out of the water...
